These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WiserChat (the “Service”; WiserChat, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WiserChat is an AI assistant that helps you explore and understand Egypt’s property market through a conversational interface. It provides general information and guidance to support your own research and decisions.
WiserChat’s responses are generated by AI and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional real-estate advice and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. Always verify information independently and seek qualified professional advice before entering into any property transaction. Property listing data may originate from third-party sources and is not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to your email, phone, or Google account secure. Notify us promptly at hello@wiserchat.co if you suspect unauthorised use.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own messages), belongs to WiserChat and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the messages you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiserChat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided by the Service, including property or financial decisions made based on its output.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to WiserChat or its users. Account deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
